Vaniversal

Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 July 2026

Vaniversal LLC (“Vaniversal,” “we,” or “us”) publishes the stories and worlds created by Vanissha Agarwal, including Penguinas and WingFlare Academy. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit this website.

The short version

This site is a brochure. It does not ask you to sign up, log in, or fill anything in. We do not collect personal information from visitors, we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share data with anyone. If you email us, we have your email address — that is all.

Information we collect

Information you give us. The only way to send us information is to email garimu290@gmail.com. If you do, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we keep it only as long as we need it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Information collected automatically. Like nearly all websites, the server that delivers these pages records ordinary technical request data — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is standard hosting log data used for security and reliability. We do not build profiles from it and we do not combine it with anything else.

Cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out to third parties — most notably Amazon, where Penguinas is sold. Once you follow such a link you are on someone else’s website, governed by their privacy policy, not this one. We have no control over and take no responsibility for what they collect.

Children’s privacy

Vaniversal’s stories are written for young readers, and we expect children to visit this site. We have designed it so there is nothing here for a child to fill in: we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and there are no accounts, forms, comments, uploads, or messaging features.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent us personal information, email garimu290@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

How we protect information

We keep what little we hold to a minimum, which is the most effective protection there is. Email correspondence is held in a standard commercial email account protected by a password and two-factor authentication.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing garimu290@gmail.com. Because we collect so little, most such requests are answered in a sentence.

Changes to this policy

If this site ever adds a newsletter, a shop, a comment feature, or analytics, this policy will be updated before that feature goes live, and the date at the top will change.
